Before you sign up for a surf trip please ensure you have read and understood the sign our rule.
Why sign out?
You may wonder why it is necessary to sign out of a trip if you can’t make it – here is your answer:
Our Surf trips are limited to maximum 20 surfers per day. Once you have signed up and your booking is confirmed we make sure you have a seat in a car.
At some stage the trip and/or our cars will be booked out so it is critical that you sign out if you can’t make it so that someone else can take your place that has just become available. If you fail to notify us on time your spot cannot be taken by somebody else.
48 hours notice
If you have signed in for a trip but you are not able to attend you need to sign out at least 48 hours (2 days) prior from departure of the trip by email or phone. To sign out you will need to send and email to Ingo & Alba.
For example: If you have signed in for a Saturday Surf Trip you need to sign out by Thursday.
Trip Suspension
If you fail to sign out 48 hours prior to departure you will be suspended to join Surf trips for the following week.
If you don’t show up without signing out at all you will be suspended to join Surf trips for the next 2 following weeks.
